Converting CT Ship Stats to GT Format

Is there any guide to converting ships designed for Classic Traveller into GURPS Traveller format? I realize that direct conversions are probably impossible, but I would like to match components from the CT ship descriptions with their closest equivalents from GT Starships. (I vaguely remember that something like this was in the playtest files, but it seems to have been dropped from the book itself.)

I've never seen one, but if it turns up I'll be interested in it as well.
Converting ships from CT to GURPS isn't too great a challenge due to the simplicity of the CT design systems. Just take the book 2 description or High Guard USP a step at a time to convert across.

I found the post I was looking for in some old files, but since it first appeared on the Pyramid posting boards it is technically SJ Games property. However, since it was never actually used in the book, and Pyramid subscribers are allowed to view posts to the playtest boards, I have posted a reply to the question on the Pyramid Traveller discussion group (you need to be a subscriber to view it) at http://www.sjgames.com/pyramid/login/discussion/article.html?g=sjgames.gurps.traveller&a=21782&t=c1rq4k%2488c%242.
