suppose your PC's confront the arch-villain and he is wearing battledress, pulls out this device that looks like a converted fusion gun, at the muzzle end there is this extension which generates a magnetic field confining the fusing plasma that the gun produces. The villain presses the button on his handle grip, and suddenly waves of heat eminate from his device like a blast furnace, and a violet beam is produced, a one-edged fusion sword. The atmosphere with in the room becomes unbearably hot as the master villain swings his fusion sword around challenging you to a duel. What would you do?
