I am trying to build a state of the art TL 15 scout. The console information of pages 520 and 521 are confusing me, which is better; Std Console 15 or Ult Console 11? If I am reading things right both consoles have a C+S+K of 15 but the ult 11 has a mod of +4 to all difficulties.
