char gen personal attributes

I'm trying to create some able bodied NPCs, but I'm not seeing a schedule or table of what personal attributes are analogous to in T5. I seem to recall that in previous versions extremely low or extremely high attributes denoted handicaps or gifted talents.


I'm not finding any of that in T5 chargen. Am I missing something?
