We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
Eventually, yes. We want to get the "full" version out first, and then develop a wish list of what we would like to see. This will get further divided into stuff I want to do, and stuff we want to farm out.
