This thread will be for questions that arise during my campaign.

The first one is a chargen question: for military professions, from the risk/reward table, it appears that succeeding at risk gives a campaign ribbon, and succeeding at reward gives a medal and another campaign ribbon. Am I correct, or is there just one campaign ribbon?
 
Next question: Default skills (skills which are always at least level 0)

The list of default skills is 12 long, but because fighter and driver are present, they include 26 total skills and knowledges.

Is it intended that all of the knowledges under fighter and driver are default skills?

Page 112 does not list Ground Craft as a default "skill" -- it's a Knowledge under Driver, which IS a default skill. This works because a skill level is always a mod to a knowledge use.

So, default skills mean that all characters may attempt tasks with them. For example, Driver is default, meaning all characters may attempt any Driving task, regardless of vehicle type.

Same goes for Fighter. All characters are assumed to know how to operate all weapons -- at a low proficiency.
