I 'm afraid that I am missing something in World Builder's Handbook (and my Book 6 is hiding from me somewhere!), but I have not been able to find where you determine the number of satellites that a world has, or what size those satellites are, or the distance at which they orbit the primary world.
There is one bit in paragraph 8a under Size-related Details which says that a satellite's orbital distance is calculated by multiplying the primary world's diameter by the satellite's orbital distance in diameters. Fine, except that there is nothing I've found telling me how to figure the satellite's orbital distance in diameters.
Am I missing something, or were these tables not included in the book? If not included, can anyone supply the info from errata, or from another book? I suspect that Book 6 should have this, but alas haven't been able to locate my copy recently.
