Are there any blank maps out there for the different world sizes, and preferably with transparency?

The T5 PDFs have them but not in with transparent backgrounds.
What I've done is do a screen shot of the map, import that into GIMP (or Photoshop or other image manipulation of your choice) and then made the white background transparent. Not the best choice but it is pretty quick and works well enough for me.
