I have a soft spot for Theories of Everything (due to a very cinematic bit and the fact that the players basically meet themselves), though it can be a strain for the ref due to the number of NPCs.
High and Dry is also worth a look, as it is an action filled adventure with potentially no combat - a good showcase on how to do that.
