I'm thinking this might be another OTU breaker though: it's looking to be an easy TL10 thing that leads to 150-mega-ton space stations all over the place
There's a lot in there about clockwork and Stirling engine powered things that 'think' with analog computers or difference engines.... which also suggests the possibility of Traveller Steampunk
