AAB Proceeding

I remember being able to get hold of PDFs of the HIWG AAB Proceedings periodical - I can't remember where now - I have found (I think most of the) them on the Way Back Machine (archive.org) - here for example. There is some historical interest (at least to me) in seeing the internal machinations of the HIWG. Are these 'legal' documents that could be stored centrally (on wiki.travellerrog.com for example), or would there be a copyright issues?

The reason they are not posted to the wiki is copyright. HIGW existed as a informal organization, and the AAB Proceedings was a fanzine. This means the articles are all still copyrighted by the individual authors. In order to post them either here (or the wiki) we would need the permission of all authors for each issue.

Back in the '06 to '08 time frame I spent some time tracking down the HIWG members to get the permission to post their articles as part of the wiki. I got a few 'yes's, a couple of 'No's, and mostly a large set of long gone email addresses and web sites.
