A Question about Language Skill

Good Morning,

I am working on a character that I am sending through college. I decided to Major in History and Minor in Language (Aslan). His Int and Edu are both 9. So, his native language is Angelic-9 and he starts with Aslan-8 (one level less that native). I upped him to Aslan-9 during college. That should be the max. However, he went throught the Masters and Doctorate, which upped his Edu to 12. Does that automatically up his Angelic to 12 and his Aslan to 11?

I'm playing a Language-specialised Scholar in Magnus's Permatic Imperium game on the IC and OOC boards, and I'd say that the elevation isn't automatic, but that you can spend additional Language points earned during chargen to up those Skills. I'd restrict the ability to elevate to after you earn the Edu increase, though, so no raising Aslan to 9 until after you finish your Masters; raise it during your Doctoral training.
