Looking for "Turley" info

I'm looking for as much canonical (or fanonical) information on the planet Turley (Empty Quarter 2523) as I can get. So far I only have the Imperial Encyclopedia article which like its companion pieces Deep Space Station and Saeghvung-Turley-Exile Run came from Jason Kemp's articles in Stellar Reaches 2. There are other references to the planet in later issues of the Stellar Reaches fanzine but nothing substantially different. What little I've seen looks intriguing and I would like to develop it further but not if it steps on anyone's toes. I've been making some assumptions due to its Class A starport and its central position in the Saexile Run but given its Ni trade code they might not be appropriate. Ultimately I want use GT: Starports to design both the highport and downport but I need more info on the planet itself to make it realistic. Does anyone know what the author's intentions (if any) were for this world?

To expand on my inquiry, does anyone what happened to Jason Kemp? According to his profile he hasn't posted here since 2018 and I'd really like to ask him some questions about this whole setting. If that is impossible I'd like to know that too so I can move on.

Sigh! I guess I'm going to have to wing it since no one seems to want to help me here. Too bad because the more I study it the less sense some of the parts of this setting make. I hate to be a "Monday morning game reviewer" but it looks like Deep Space Stations and the Saeghvung-Turley-Exile Run were details invented to support Jason Kemp's Feature Adventure "Into the Lesser Rift" in Stellar Reaches 2 (p.13) that he never intended to develop further. (This was the Spring 2005 edition so he probably wouldn't remember much about it anyway.;)) I would like to ask him a couple of questions though like:
  1. Why was the coreward terminus of the run a non-aligned world when this was a joint project of the Hegemony of Lorean and the Third Imperium? Asoekh is just as close to DSS 2720 as Saeghvung, is part of the Hegemony rather than Non-Aligned, has a Class-B starport rather than Class-D and isn't a pirate risk.
  2. Why is Exile even part of the run's name? Sure it's only 1 parsec from DSS 2324 and Turley and is a client state of Third Imperium but otherwise it has very little economic value and its inhabitants are rather hostile to uninvited strangers. There are no obvious sources of jump fuel there although the Class-D starport is supposed to have unrefined fuel for starships. (Maybe they are importing it or mining cometary ice.)
