Submission Format
All submissions should be in Word 6.0 DOC (.doc) format. A style template for headers, fonts, etc. that must be followed is available here. Submissions that do not follow this template will not be accepted.

US vs. UK Spelling
In all cases you will use the US spelling of any words such as favor vs. favour. Change your dictionary accordingly.

Traveller vs. traveler
When refering to the game, the T20 character class, or a person or group that spends most of thier life traveling among the stars you will use Traveller. Otherwise use traveler. Traveling is always spelled with one l.

air/raft
Unless starting a sentence, air/raft is always spelled in lowercase. The slash should always be used.

Ancient, Ancients
When refering to the race known as the Ancients, this word is always capitalized.

credits (monetary units)
Prices in Traveller are written as CrXXXXX. The credit symbol (Cr) always comes first and there is no space before the first number. Values above 9999 should be comma delimited. For example, Cr1000, Cr10,000 and Cr1,000,000.

Usually values above 99,999 are listed in 10s of thousands of credits or kilocredits abbreviated KCr. For example Cr22,000 could also be shown as KCr2.2.

Values above 999,999 are listed in millions of credits or megacredits, abbreviated MCr. For example Cr22,150,000 could also be shown as MCr22.152

Deadspace
One word, always capitalized.

GM, DM, or Referee
In the Traveller universe it is always Referee, title case. It is never abbreviated.

Humaniti
When refering to the various races of mankind this is the proper spelling.

Jump drive
Two words, Jump is always capitalized. Can be abbreviated J-drive. A jump drive may also be noted by its jump range; jump-1, jump-2, jump-3, jump-4, jump-5, or jump-6. Abbreviations of this form are also acceptable; J-1, J-2, J-3, J-4, J-5, and J-6.

Jump space
Two words. Jump is always capitalized.

Solomani
Both the singular and plural are the same spelling.

tech level
Abbreviated TL followed by the number. No space. TL12 not TL 12 or TL-12.

Traveller' Aid Society
Plural possessive. May be abbreviated TAS.

Traveller's Aide
Singular possessive. Aide is always spelled with an 'e'.

Vilani
Both the singular and plural are the same spelling.

Xboat
Express boat. Big X little b. Never hyphenated.

Zhodani
Both the singular and plural are the same spelling.
