Sorry, all I know is what's on the web-site at Far Future Enterprises. It does mention not starting until June 7 due to a glitch, or to quote:
"FFE Titles as Ebooks (Starts Monday June 7 [last minute glitch])."

They appear to be up at drivethroughrpg.com
$10 each for PM, RM, IE, and
$7 each for HT, COACC, and RC
If they were just plain PDF's, I'd be willing to pay that rate, but they are, courtesy of being up on DTRPG, DRM copies, which means *I* Can't burn a CD and use them elsewhere (on friend's computer, for example, or on a non-networkable computer...)
