Any thoughts or opinions on this one? Worth having? Waste of paper? Somewhere in between?

The finest MT book of them all. It was the first, and many believe, best attempt to bring about a "decent" end to the Rebellion era. The Karma rule is a small but very important touch in it that I kept when going into TNE.
It isn't "nice". But it is well written and thought provoking. And the PC's can, really, make a difference.

Excellent product - well worth getting if not too expensive - there are some snippets that show TNE was not always expected - hard times provides a useful source for playing post 1130s pre TNE Traveller!
