Ooops sometime auto font size makes the text very, very large. So I manually tooled down most of the fields.

Let me know if I missed any others.

I put a new version up.

Also, I changed all fonts to generic Arial but it is still like 415KB. Frickin' huge.

Try the PDF optimizer / reduce file size options and tweak some of the settings perhaps if you haven't already done so. Just make sure it doesn't strip the forms and older Acrobat Reader compatibility away though. ;P

That and you may want to submit for the elibrary here to save you some bandwidth and have it more generally accessible.

Try the PDF optimizer / reduce file size options and tweak some of the settings perhaps if you haven't already done so. Just make sure it doesn't strip the forms and older Acrobat Reader compatibility away though. ;P

That and you may want to submit for the elibrary here to save you some bandwidth and have it more generally accessible.

42kb as opposed to 415kb
