Default Your Opinions on making wafers

I've done some searches and perhaps missed what I was looking for so I figured I'd ask.

Especially thanks to Marc's "Agent of the Imperium", wafer tech has become huge.
I'm looking for costs and such for a system that makes wafers. Especially for cloning.

My thoughts are:
Obvious: a specialist type computer
1) Tech: No earlier than TL 13(LBB-tech scale), more likely at TL-14.

2) Size: It has to have a massive amount of storage to be used for cloning, so "lots" is
.....based on today's news, where physicists from the University of Otago "held" an atom in to measure it
...So, smaller because of the reduction in cooling systems, etc..

3) Scanner tech:
...sub-atomic tracking required
...Clustered "reading" sensors required in large numbers

4) Cost: At east MCr 20

I'd add more but my thought process is stuck at the moment.

No, not "THE" Marc...just 'A' of your more or less run-of-the mill Marc's
(this message is not a reflection on the name Marc but acts as a wide acting "Over Reaction prevention disclaimer in the event you are rushing, uncertain or have not read my post and realized I am not "THE" Marc")
- I am 'A' Marc and I approved this message

No, more like GCr 20, or maybe GCr 200

Real world MRI scanners come in at $3,000,000 for top of the range machines. Within a decade or two they will have a resolution down to the molecular level.

Computer control and data storage for a few million more.

Since wafer tech appears at around TL13 then MCr20 is a sensible ball park estimate.
The beauty of CT LBB1-3 is that the ref is free to make such decisions for themselves.
