And, he's obviously not a fan, because he didn't list Classic Trek, nor the movies.

Ease up guys. Jeeze Louise, the new member's first post and instead of ignoring it or playing along you jump on their back? Somebody preempt your favorite TV tonight with breaking news?

At least Mark Morgan is willing to be welcoming and post on topic.

I don't have a favorite from that list myself, heck I've watched and enjoyed them all even if I tend to think of it all as Star Dreck

But in any case...

...welcome aboard Sopranosbaby

The other Traveller's are usually nicer to new passengers

Ah, silly me, it's the bad links that look like advertising that you noticed and I missed isn't it. Yeah, that's a major no-no here. First glance I didn't even mouse them, just figured they were links to some fan site or such. My apologies Rhialto and S4 if I am wrong and you've got it right. Of course the proper procedure is to report the post, not set fire to it.

Classic, for me. Then Animated. Then DS9.

BTW, the spam links in the OP's post have been removed, and the OP banned for spamming.

This depends on if you mean which show had the best stand out episodes or which show was consistantly good. Some of my most favorite episodes were Next Gen, but overall I'd say DS9, followed by the films.

Not counting the films, I'd have to put the order:
Deep Space Nine
Enterprise
Voyager
Next Generation
Classic

I thought the classic trek series exceedingly silly when I caught the repeats as a child.
The Next Generation had a few strong episodes (usually the two parters - the Borg, Unification, the Klingon Civil War), but was generally weak.
DS9 started putting in story arcs (probably to compete with Babylon 5 which had a strong story) and was generally better. It still didn't draw me as much as Babylon 5 or the new Battlestar Galactica.
Voyager and Enterprise again used story arcs in the background to the episodes. The quality is okay (watchable if nothing else is on).

Just noticed on news items ... Majel Barrett has died (18th December)
