Default T5 Development Moving to the Spire

In the past few years, I've posted challenges to T5's development and some of my solutions. I've posted mechanics, general rules, house rules, setting details, designs, and so on. I've designed at least a hundred starships (88 of which are here). Heck, I wrote a starship design program so that I could rapidly design starships for T5.

I'm going to continue this all in the Moot Spire. I have two reasons for this.

Foremost, Moot memberships fund COTI. I want to support COTI, and I hope this will help do that in a small way.

Next, a lot of the material I'm working on is Not Ready For Prime Time. There are discussions I want to have, things I want to toss out and have people respond to, which may not be quite public. In other words, material that's more like playtest material. Things that may show up in print. Even spoilers. So I'd like it to be slightly less public.

This doesn't mean I'm taking everything into the Moot.
