Default VehicleMaker for iOS now in the iTunes App Store

Here ya go.

https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/...149133876&mt=8

Following on the heels of my GunMaker and ArmorMaker apps, this is very similar in operation. It uses the design sequence in T5 v5.09. Unfortunately, there are serious problems with the rules so many designs don't make sense and you end up with negative speed, tons, or load. Still, if your judicious with your choices you can build some reasonable designs.

Default great app

I've downloaded all three of the maker apps, weapon, armor, and vehicle. So far they work great.

Glad you like them. Leave a review in the App Store if you have time.

I get stats from Apple and less than 100 downloads for each app so far.

Just curios, do you make use of Beast Power at all, and do you provide room in your Vehicle app for a power plant at all?

I don't make use of BP, per se, but I do calculate and display it.

There's nothing in the rules I'm aware of that explicitly allocates power plant space. It's implicit based on motive selection and doesn't affect the available Load.

Have you checked your calculations against any Real World vehicles, primarily land vehicles?

As I do not have access to IOS, I cannot run your app.

If you're careful with your choices you can get something reasonable, but there have been threads in the Traveller5 forum talking about the limitations in the current rules.
