Are you just looking for spreadsheets or programs too? I think I was using "Ships for Windows" by Ace and the Dog... I have no idea how flawed the MT implementation details were (just like the original tables...) but I do know it gave all my ships a consistent feel and ruleset.
If you want a copy, let me know, although I think if your Google Fu is good, you could find it without me.
