Default I love the Cover Art on these Traveller Japan releases

Check out THIS pic of some GDW products released in Japan. The art is what attracted me to Traveller in the first place, way back when, and this stuff, I think, is fantastic.

These have a real Traveller feel for me.

Hobby Japan does REALLY nice stuff. Too bad my Japanese skill (or lack thereof) requires constant references to a dictionary to grok the most basic written japanese...

Have you looked at the Gypsy Knights Games books? Several of them have artwork of a similar design. They really add to the setting.

Noble Knight Games is selling a slew of them. It's interesting that many of the Traveller stuff is boxed - including adventures like Research Station Gamma and Twilight's Peak. Item descriptions state the original material has been expanded upon.

The only time I saw Traveller in Yellow Submarine (FLGS in Tokyo) it was the LBB edition, English cover, Japanese language inside. Immaculate box and a price tag to match.
