For a slightly more optimistic answer ( [img]smile.gif[/img] ):

T5 seems to be on hold until Marc thinks the time is right for it.

While it will be welcome for many reasons, & I'm sure it will have a few nice new things we haven't seen before, it's not going to be anything spectacularly different from what we've seen before. No need to hold your breath even if there was a target release date. Which there isn't.
