Page 304 - Roton Operations, last sentence - "...as they are not designed to accepted auxiliary boosters." Drop 'ed' from 'accepted'

Page 308 - after third paragraph, section heading "CONSIDERATIONS OF STUTTERWARP TRAVEL" should be in bold.

Page 129 - Freiland's currency is given as the Freihafen Mark. On page 75, Freihafen's currency is given as the Freihafen "Thaler(NOT Taler)". I'm guessing the colony's Mark becomes a Thaler.

Somebody give Mr. Crocker and others who are doing a bang-up job of checking for errors credit!

Well, I've printed these out, and I'm going to make the corrections over the next few days.
Many thanks to all who are helping.

Page 57 - It might be a little late in the day for this, but the sidebar lists exchange rates for a bunch of countries against the French Livre. If France is getting overextended, would its currency be slipping? Or just mention this in the GM Section "Trade and Commerce" campaign on page 363-4? Rivals scent blood of French businesses in water, France far too overstretched to bail them out as they have in the past, value of the Livre slipping a percent or two against rival currencies?

Page 339 - end of page, "Number Produced: 18(" has a trailling open parenthasis

Page 346 - Core Encounters, last sentance. "Unlike Frontier worlds, which roll a chance of an encounter, in the Core system [should be plural!] transiting ships will have a note-worthy encounter on a regual basis."

Page 347 - small table bottom of left column, 'Situation' and 'Modifier' in the header. Should the 'modifier' values be centered in their column? It would look better and be easier to read.

Page 348 - Ditto for the table in the middle of the left column with header 'Encounter Situation' and 'Modifiers'

Page 348 - the two "American Arm" system and mainworld encounter tables are the only tables I've seen with extra bars after all of the text.

Page 360 - until now. Two more tables with extra lines/bars after text, the 'nationality' tables for French and American Arms.

Page 370 - add "Little Fuzzy" by H. Beam Piper to the "Fiction Sources" listing? It does deal with a world only colonized twenty-five years ago, you just have to change the contragravity technology to make it compatible. They've just been reprinting some of his titles recently, too.

Page 86 - Interface Capability is missing its letter code

Page 104 - top of left column, under 'the French Colony' - "Major Cities" has an extra tab, giving a big blank area before the first entry

I've also noticed some inconsistancies in the spelling of "roton" in the "Interface Capability" sections. It's given a few ways:
Page 95 - Roton
Page 96 - Roton
Page 108 - roton
Page 113 - Roton
Page 119 - Roton
Page 128 - ROTON
Page 129 - roton
Page 149 - Roton
Page 157 - Roton
Page 168 - Roton

Page 140 - Interface Capability is missing its letter code

I've gotta say... Well done to all you guys for picking apart 2320AD like this. It means that when it comes to print it'll be top notch! All the errors that have been found just go to show how hard Colin's worked on this. When I'm writing about something I care about, I just go for it...and leave THOUSANDS of spelling and grammatical errors behind!
This is by far the best forum I visit.

You know, this thing has been in development for years, really. Dozens of people have looked it over. And no one has noticed this, including myself. They are simply not there. The only explanation I can come up with is that the starship design section was originally slated to be included, and it had the stats for all the weapons. When we pulled that for space reasons, we forgot to put in the stat blocks for the weapons.
The current revision I'm working on has the stat blocks in the starships chapter, in the discussion about ship technology before the actual vessel listings.

My apologies that this rather crucial item was missed.

It was about 250,000 words or so, including the stuff we cut. So a few typos are not out of order. I'm wondering how we missed them, though, later, not to mention the editor. Then again, I've rewritten a lot of this since the editor had a go at it, so I can't really blame him.

Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

Never admit anything.
(Don't you get American TV in Canada?)
You are supposed wait for your lawyer to ask for clarification on the meaning of "error" [or "is"] and then give a pre-arranged vague answer.
