According to Marc the Refs Manual should be available too.

All the books that also comprised the MT Boxed Set (minus the box and the map) are available from DTRPG, but only the Players' Manual is free this week. IMO all three are needed to actually run / play a game of MT.

By only having the MT Players' Manual free this week, MT is a far less useful freebie than Exalted or BESM were. Both were complete and runnable / playable as is.

It's a 20.6 MB download, if anyone's counting...

Looks good, but yes, it is a tad incomplete as a whole game.
