Traveller with the Doctor Who Vortex System?
I remember before someone mentioned playing Traveller with the Vortex System. A 2d6 system used for the Doctor Who: Adventures in Time and Space roleplaying game. I'd love to see any conversion notes or ideas on how to run it.
