I look forward to that day and it makes me cringe too.

Life, it is all sorts of complex and grey it turns out.
I get ya brother, I am fairly liberal myself, but I'm also a little arrogant I suppose. People are just stupid Every time I think I'm starting to like people in general again, they go and do something like blow other people up, or shoot them, or run over them in cars after getting sloppy drunk... that sorta thing. Really lays the smack-down on my faith in folks, and talking about demons, I pity the fool that ever does anything to hurt my son. My liberal leanings would go right out the window and bring out the dark side of me that is just to the right of Atilla the Hun Still, I completely dig your social justice bit... I, in reality, desire equal rights and social justice even for all those folks I don't like My control code bit was mostly tongue-in-cheek. I'm down with playing him completely unrestrained mechanically.

Found what I meant by EMP: Mag. --The weapon projects a high frequency magnetic effect onto the target; this rapid magnetic pulsing scrambles electronic circuits and induces temporary disorientation in organic beings. In addition, this weapon effect shuts down magnetic equipment. (T5 p245)
Non-lethal for organic and inorganic targets.

I am still not over how huge this book is...

I am listing my character's Homeworld as Permatic (it has a high enough TL for AI), and I have a couple of the Homeworld skills (Streetwise and Language), but I am not seeing an "Ht" on the homeworld table in order to get a skill for it.

A question: is there any already-developed information for Muzil [FS 1826]?

That would be because as far as I can tell you don't get one. Now, if you have a copy of the previous draft and it does give a Skill for TC Ht (-1 HZ Hot) then we may have an Errata issue that should be posted. Otherwise, yep some TCs give no Skills.

Permatic is fine as Homeworld. Not like they don't have bunches and bunches of folks living there.

On EMP: yeah, I missed that. I see that I am going to have to look into EMP deeper. And what is it with me that I seem to collect Exotic Knowledge hounds when it comes to Weapons? I mean Lt. Coronel Nick Sutton also went with Exotics, but that is because he is the soon to be inventor of the Gravitic Grenade. (Right now Gravitics are used in Anti-Vehicle and Personal Mines, to either pull them down and stick them in place or sometimes to fling them willy-nilly about the battlefield.)

On Muzil There is now!

And one Unarmed! Hmm, in my Traveller experience, though, that's pretty exotic, too...

Hmm... shouldn't there be a Wa trade code? The data does list Wa.

Would Muzil be a suitable place for a major university or institute?

It appears the original Wa is wrong, as that classification goes to Size 56789 only. When you jump to ABC it becomes Oc instead, per p.81.
