Default New Sectors using old subsectors

Using old subsector maps and changing their order, I have created some very interesting new sectors. A small version of which is taking Gateway Sector and exchanging subsectors C and D for J and K. So you end up with an entirely new alignment of worlds. At this point I usually regenerate the planet info, too.

I usually mix things up more than this, but I didn't have time.
