Default Fading Suns with Cepheus Engine?

Is it possible? I love the settng, and I do know a new version is in the works, but was wondering if anyone else had a conversion, or know if one was done with MgT 1 rules.

Its a great setting, and I think it could work, but thats just it....it seems like it would take a lot of work. I just wish I had more time....

Welcome to the posting boards. This is probably the best place to ask a question like that. I have not played or seen Fading Suns, but the Cepheus Engine is pretty adaptable.

As for wishing for more time, I think that is the primary wish of every member of this forum, and every gamer that I know.

Final Note: Unless you are older than me, you are still a youngun.

I march to my own set of bagpipes. Caution: This individual thinks that studying logistics is FUN.

Nail to the mast her holy flag,
Set every threadbare sail,
And give her to the god of storms,
The lightning and the gale!

As I recall there were several games of Fading Suns using various Traveller rules over the years. Heck I believe there where a couple of products released that where usable by both as well.

So yes it shouldn't be all that hard.
