Default Book 2 1981 Naval Architect and Standard Designs

Hello all,

While running the Zhodani Escort from Alien Module 4 pages 40-41 through both Book 2 1977 and Book 2 1981 the Design and Construction sequence has four sub-topics.

The first topic is Naval Architecture which indicates that a architect charges a 1% fee for completing deck plans in four weeks or 1.5% fee when completing them 2 weeks.

The next topic is Standard Designs which says that a complete set of standard design plans for Cr100.

In Book 2 the standard hulls are 100, 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1,000 tons.

If I created a standard 600 ton hull would the architect's fee apply, or just the Cr100 for the standard set of design plans, or would they both apply?
