Default Need canon on Mora

I'm 99% sure that somewhere I've seen a description of Mora's government that describes several different councils and their relationship. I'm less certain that this was a canon source, but rather think it was. I've been searching for it in vain, though. Can anyone provide a reference or a qoute?

If any of you know of any obscure references to Mora, I'd love to hear about them.

Also, in my writeup of Mora in Mora -- Year 100 for JTAS Online, I made it orbit in the life zone of a G5 V star with a mass of 0.94 and a stellar luminosity of 0.82. I can't find my original calculations, so I can't see what the exact distance was, but the orbital period was 476.78 days and the base temperature was 31 degrees Celsius (88 degrees Fahrenheit).

EDIT: Hum... that's wrong, isn't it? A G5 V star is smaller than Sol, so a world orbiting in its life zone should have a shorter orbital period than Terra. I must have made a mistake somewhere... >>SIGH!<<

As it turns out, I need to change the star to an F0 V, which will require a different orbit to give it the same amount of sunlight. If anyone here has one of those nifty astronomical programs/spreadsheets, I'd very much appreciate someone figuring out the correct orbital distance and rotation period. I'd have to do it by hand, which is pretty tedious.

Oh, and if anyone would like to work out the entire star system, please feel free. The system has one planetoid belt and two gas giants and an unknown number of other planets. (Note that this is for eventual publication). There's also a world called Erstine "a tiny iceball of a rock far out in the system". Mora itself has four moons, three of which are "mere specks of rock". The last one is big enough to have a "vast military complex serving as the base for the Imperial 73rd Fleet, the Duchy Fleet, and the System Defence Force." Two of the four moons are "asteroidal moons of great age; current theories hold that they are cometary remnants."
