Traveller at Dexcon -- Morristown, NJ, June 30, 2016

Dexcon is this coming weekend, June 30 - July 4, 2016, in Morristown, New Jersey.

I'll be there, running five slots of two different Mongoose 1e Traveller ATU games.

One is a "folks muster out and try to make it as a free trader" setup, but the game focuses on looking over ships at local junkyards, determine what's wrong with them, picking one, securing financing, and fixing it up.

The other is a transport of the American Revolution to the stars, with 13 colonies struggling for independence. In this particular adventure, five colonials head off-system to pick up a bunch of abandoned ortillery that could turn the tide of battle against the Noven blockade.

Ben Forrest will also be running his long-running Traveller series in a couple sessions.

Adam is a great GM. I played in one of his games (last year, IIRC), and really enjoyed myself. If you are going to DEXCon, make sure to get in one of his games.

Any chance we could see your games after the weekend is over? I'd love to see more Traveller at conventions. I'm interested in seeing how you run the games.

I run games at DEXcon and Dreamation (both at the Hyatt in Morristown, NJ), at TravellerCon USA (in Lancaster, PA), at Camp Nerdly (in Quantico, VA), and occasionally at game days in MD or DC and 1d4Con (in Winchester, VA).

Is that what you mean, or do you mean "see" in some other way, like me posting something?

I'm hoping to publish these as adventures, but I'm not sure that 100% encapsulates the full Adam Dray Experience, if you know what I mean.

I second this vote. I played in a game Adam ran at Travellercon last year and am planing on doing so again this year.

I, too, will come forward to recommend jumping into one of Adam's game if possible. I had a blast playing in one of the games he did at TravellerCon.
