Adventures, Short Adventures
I am trying to rebuild my set of the CT reprints (thank you recession ) after having to sell them, but Classic Adventures and Classic Short Adventures are crazy hard to find.
Anyone know why Far Future doesn't reprint them? I'd snatch both up in a hurry!

The adventures one was rare I had the whole set but that one. I also sold them and got the original booklets instead which I prefer.

Don't know why, but can speculate...
1) physical product inventory is taxed annually. Unburned CD's aren't inventory, but raw materials.
2) The retail arm wasn't moving them too well.
3) a physical reprint means a substantial (multi-thousand dollar) outlay which is unlikely to be recouped
4) they'd be competing with the MGT books, and competition with one's licensees is very bad form.
Now, Marc probably could put them on Lulu... but then one would expect $50-$70 per big floppy... but first, he needs to get the digital masters done correctly.

email Mr. Miller... farfuture@gmail.com. He'll likely be the best source for an answer.
This Vendor says their copies are "On Order, Expected Soon".

Thanks. I signed up on noble knight to get an email when they get them. In the meantime, if anyone sees them, let me know?

The Short Adventures reprint was rubbish anyway all the pages were messed up. And I found them just too bulky to use and too large to find things easily.

That's pretty much what I did for 'Adventures' though I paid through the nose for it: $60
Short Adventures I was lucky and picked up a used copy for $22 (before it went oop)
I entered a Classic Traveller frenzy last year. I'm now in the second part of it, having just abused some birthday money to buy:
Little Black Books:
Double Adventures 1-6
Supplements: 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, and 13
and also
Tarsus
Book 8: Robots (Slightly beat but I'm not paying the price for a mint copy).

Yeah Book 8 Robots are going for loads on Ebay lately - around £16 per copy. Ridiculous, must be the rarest Traveller book IMO. Only ones that seem to get anywhere near that are The Imperial Fringe and the Lightning Class Cruisers supplement. Luckily I dont want either of those but I wouldnt mind a Robots book...not paying that much for it though.

Someone's got one up now, bidded up to £6.50, but there's competition for it so it's bound to go for more.

Mine didn't end up running that high, but I had it bundled with Books 6 and 7 and it wasn't mint.

Book 8 robots and adventures 12 and 13 are the only books I do not have now. Been trying to get them but they go for a bit and compatition is fierce. That and High passage 1 and 4. I have gotten 4 of the signed 10s though. 2 adventures and 2 race books. I would love to know more of the history about them though.
