Default High Guard 5 "Library Data"

Consider guidelines for building capital ships, and fighting trillion-credit squadrons with capitals as the main elements, for Traveller5.

What library data and/or definitions (terminology) does Traveller5 need to bring in from other Traveller sources, into its own High Guard-like document (call it "High Guard 5" for the moment). For example, the definitions of terms for squadrons, battleships, cruisers, escorts, and the like. Definitions of strategies and tactics. Installations and navies.

I'm sure there's rich sources of info already. Rebellion Sourcebook, Fighting Ships, FSOTSI, Spinward Marches Campaign, and more.
