Sourcebooks:
A military sourcebook (especially aimed at civvie refs like me who'll want ideas, hooks and background material for running military adventures)
A revised robot design book (if the corebook doesn't contain this)
A vehicle guide (with a design system if the corebook doesn't contain one)
(OTU) Library Data v.2
A medical tech/cybertech/biotech/chemtech book
A strategic level wargame ala Pocket Empires

Settings:
Alien(s) (if they could get the license)
A contemporary extraterrestrial conspiracy setting (with the flying saucers designed in the HG-equivalent )
A near-future, small-scale setting
Andromeda (if they could get the license)

Well, my wish: Adventures.
I know it has somehow gotten out of style to publish those, but what I would really like to see are adventures, ready-to-play, with everything taken care of so you can run them the instant you've read them. They also need instructions how to plug them into whatever campaign you are running atm, but of course there should be a supported "default sector", probably with its own sourcebook.

Sourcebooks
Tech book: Depends on how much technology is in the basic book(s). Generally, I would like all the design rules for everything in one place, FFS-style.
World Builder's: Again, depends on how much the basic book contains.
The usual catalogues of vehicles, starships, robots, personal gear, although again I prefer as much of the latter to be in the basic book(s).
My Fantasy: Track down Roger Sanger, meet his outrageous demands for DGP 's IP, publish slightly refurbished versions of all the DGP Aliens books, including the stuff originally unpublished.

Settings
I don't care for any setting except OTU variants.

Cool

I am all for any of those books. Tho I wish to add to the ships book, Deck plans would be nice.

I prefer the setting books myself.

I would love to see a sector done up in all the various eras (well maybe a quadrant due to cost). Seeing how a world changes through the various eras would be cool.

For Setting Books, I would like to see:

Interstellar Wars (Those brave Terrans against the vile, stagnant Vilani scum)
Long Night (Great low tech Pocket Empires era)
Milieu-0 (The rise of the Third Imperium)
Milieu-1000-1100 (Classic Traveller and the Solomani Rim War too!)
Rebellion Era (Not sure this is doable due to copyrights)
The New Era (Star Vikings and all that coolness)
Fourth Imperium (1200 and beyond, incorporating MJD's stuff)

BTW: I am "Rikki Tikki Traveller" on the Mongoose forums...

Shouldn't be a problem. The basic information for the Rebellion era was all in books published by GDW, for which Marc now holds all the rights - as witnessed by the MT PDFs.

A Basic Intro book that includes intro to chargen, intro to world building, intro to equipment (but not how to design it).

An Advanced chargen book with fully half of it devoted to various non space ship equipment and vehicles.

An FF&S-like book for equip design.

A book like with advanced planetary, system, subsector and sector generation.

A book with standard space and star ship designs and floor plans.

Sourcebooks for several "canonical" campaign settings.

I'd be wary of doing an 'advanced' character generation book. Mongoose did that with RuneQuest. The trouble is that many people ended up feeling that too much of the core rules were cut to make up the Companion book. My feeling is the core rules should be 'complete'.

If specific sourcebooks for equipment or spacecraft are to follow, that would be fine, but a book that gives you 'more character options', I'd be wary of.
