I was curious if there was published info on the organization of squads/platoons/companies for the various ground forces of the 2300 AD universe?

</font>[/QUOTE]Well, after looking through the the Etanger site, I STILL haven't found the info I'm looking for. Yes I now know which regiments are on what planets, but how many men are their in a French Amry platoon and what equipment do they carry? What about TANSTAAFL Recaction Force? Manchurian Army?

That's a little better. The trouble is that 2300 AD is a role playing game while I'm primarily a wargamer. I wanted to know the TO&E so I could come up with a force list for Stargrunt II.

Try the links off http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~dh...UK/BAIntro.htm for the Brits

http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~dheb/2300/LE/PLE.htm for a French Light Inf Plt (2 REP etc.)

http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~dh...Fr/CDW2REC.htm for 2e REC

Hey Bryn, I get "Error 404: page not found" when I click those links. Have you changed servers or is the site just down?

A-ha, the site's still up as I can access the index page. The above links need to add "Europe/" in the address, right after "/~dheb/2300/". Sorry for the hassle. Great site, BTW.

Etranger was reorganised into the new format this week. It is great IMHO.
