Cold fire systems are pretty standard on most submarines which use compressed gas to get the missile up to the surface where it's rockets kick in.
So putting a small pressurized cylinder in the base that kicks the missile free before it fires up it's drives would be easy enough...If in your universe missiles of the proper tech level use gravitics it wouldn't be needed.
