Maneuver Drive Fuel Requirements

Am I missing something in GT rules for fuel requirements for maneuver drives? The rules give you a formula for calculating Jump Drive fuel requirements but not for maneuver drives. Are the Fusion Reactor power plants also used for maneuver drives?
