And cool background tunes for Traveller! :D

Actually, the Cassini mission (now actually in its second extended mission) is a joint NASA/ESA success.

My dad put together one of the instruments on Cassini (Plasma Spectrometer) - so I've had the pleasure of seeing firsthand some of the parts that are out there now. :)

Actually got to touch (well, with gloved hands) one of the instruments now on its way to Jupiter (Juno mission). Sounds odd, but it gave me a strange feeling knowing I was touching something that will travel to a distant planet...

Cassini has been a great mission. I'm pleased that I was able to take a diminishingly small part in it, and that everything else came together to make this mission happen.

I still harbor a hope that we'll get another spacecraft out to Titan within my lifetime. What we've learned from Cassini and Huygens is just enough to tantalize, IMO.
