It's my own software that I've written. It's at the stage at the moment where you can fire a battery at a ship, resolve the number of hits (if any). There's also a routine that will take the hits from a battery and roll the damage from those hits.

The next step would be taking a damage result and applying it to a ship. I'm a bit closer to that right now.

It's written in Common Lisp. Let me know if you're still interested in seeing it.

I am well aware, thanks, but I am less a shootie-bang-bang type so it can wait. I am more into Naval Architecture and Pocket Empires, those books I do have. Still, thanks for reminding me to look to T4 for stuff to mine.

Never did pick up the arsenal, found girlfriend instead. Ya know I would still have the book, dangit.

LOL. Free period in between classes, the Year 8's had driven me mad and I needed a mental break.

It finished up really well. First week back for Term 4 has been very positive (well, Year 8's on a Friday at the end of the day are a bit rowdy). I'm currently running The Traveller Adventure, although it has been on hiatus (see my blog - last entry is the last time we played!). I've e-mailed a plot synopsis to my players and we're going to get a date. Time is a major problem for me - got renovations going on at the same time as heading into exams for my two Year 11 classes - lots of assessing, planning and marking, and we're trying to start planning for next year. But I've got to make time!

You probably saw my replies, but I just had to reply while the ideas were fresh in my head. Ah, gamers, we have so many reasons not to go to bed! Do you mind me asking, what are your two jobs?

I did thanks ... some Warhammer 40k, some D&D 3.5 ... but alas no Traveller. Just finishing up for tomorrow's prep before bed!
