It looks like my last blog post scared everyone off. I was not sure what would happen, but as I said, this blog does not necessarily apply to Traveller or any other game for that matter. If a mention of Johnathan Edwards sermon or a Bible Study scares you off, you might want to take stock of yourself.
I did run around a lot today to try and get ready for a game day at my church, at their request. It is Spring Break here, and the thought was that some of the older teens might want to play some games. So I brought over to the church a few games as it is supposed to rain tomorrow, and given that I cannot replace a lot of my games, I would rather not get them wet. It should be interesting to see who shows up. The church is buying the pizza, and I still need to run and get some pop for the crew. And some CJ's donuts and coffee. Have to have the coffee and donuts, especially the coffee.
Then Saturday, my daughter and her husband and her father-in-law are coming down from Wisconsin for some more games. It was her father-in-law's idea, as they are a gaming family. Nice inlaws to have. That will keep my busy Saturday afternoon. It does mean I have to clean up the dining room so that we can play. Tax season tends to make things a bit messy in the household. I am not sure what we will be playing, but it should be fun.
I do need to figure out where some of my games are stashed. I think that they are in bins in my basement, but so far, I have not spotted them. Just have to keep looking.
