I cannot figure out how to edit my TV watching and Favorite songs. If anyone reads this that knows how to do it, I would certainly appreciate be told how to do it.

Being told how to do something on the Forum is considerably different than being told how to do something in My Traveller Universe. That I am not interested in whatsoever. I do things there for reasons that I have no desire or time to spell out in the Forum. For those interested in some areas of background, I would recommend r ...More Read More

I hit 67 on Wednesday. I do not mind birthdays, as I would rather not have the alternative, but that is eventually coming. No male in my family on either side has made it much past 75. One of the things on my mind daily is whether or not my son will be out before I die. Having buried one son, loosing another this way is really tough.

Then there is the daily pain to deal with as well. All in all, it is wearing me down, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Forty-two years and five months ...More Read More

I think that I have done with posting any examples from my Universe on the forum. Rather then hearing what other people are doing, I find that it turns into a dissection of what I am doing. I have no interest in that. I run things my way for various reasons, that I have no interest or time to explain on the forum. From now on, I might express opinions, but even those seem to be attacked, and never examples. I did at one time think that was one of the reasons for the forum. Clearly I was w ...More Read More

I received a vivd reminder of why I got off of Ogame originally tonight. The owner of a planet near me in the same galaxy decided to start a war without bothering to declare one. I had not done anything to bother him, and I assume that he is a not-yet-dry behind the ear teenager thinking that this proves him to be macho. I despise people like that, and would love to see said individual spend a week in Marine boot camp, and find out exactly how little of a macho man he is. So, off Ogame agai ...More Read More

Well, this might be my last time for the Men's Retreat, unless my legs improve. Friday and Saturday went okay, although I was getting a bit sore on Saturday night. I did get to my favorite farm market for some goodies, including a jar of lingonberry sauce, as I was running out. Cannot have too many lingonberries, or pickled Brussel Sprouts for that matter. I did that on Saturday. Sunday was not a good day at all, with probably the worse the 4 hour ride back home from Door County, hurting th ...More Read More

I finally figured out that the password I remembered for my website only covered the billing aspect, and I needed the password for the main site. Deciding that the simplest approach was a new password, I got one set up and then made sure I had a copy of it stored safely away. Now I just need to get to work on it. I am not sure what design software to use, but preferably something that is free, until I actually start to sell stuff on DriveThru. Another thing for my already overly-long to-do ...More Read More

Assuming that all goes to plan, as I have learned many years ago that "best laid schemes o mice an men, Gang aft a-gley", which is not guaranteed, I will be heading up to Door County, Wisconsin tomorrow for a Men's Retreat from my church. From pictures recently posted, it looks like the Fall colors will stand comparison to New England. It should be a good weekend in Bible study and fellowship with a nice group of guys. Hopefully, I will be able to convince one of the guys to make a run with ...More Read More

Well, a rough 15 months looks like it might finally be seeing some resolution, although not exactly the way my wife and I would like. Our 26-year old son was arrested for possession of child pornography in May of 2017, and has been in jail since then, in the federal system. After a long period of haggling, a plea agreement was reached, and now we are just counting time until the sentencing hearing. What that will be is something we are praying about, and working on getting friends who know o ...More Read More

I decided after a long absence to get back on Ogame. I am not sure what a "peaceful" or "economy" universe is about, but I will find out. The game does have its points when it comes to building things, and I do like to build things.

Blog comments are always welcome, as then I know that someone is reading this. It is my alternative to Facebook, with more privacy. If you stop by to read, you are invited to say, "Hello", and let me know what you think.

I am back to working on my Piper-Norton Out Rim Sector, using agorski's sector builder. It does look like it will be quite helpful. I just have to learn how to use it.

I am also now working on a supplement to Paul Elliott's Fast Magic book, with some modified skills an ...More Read More
